**About Us**

At NWDS, we are dedicated to providing high-quality disability services that empower individuals to lead fulfilling lives. We are looking for an experienced **Safety and Wellbeing Manager** to ensure the health, safety, and well-being of our employees, participants, and visitors.

**Position Overview**

As the Safety and Wellbeing Manager, you will be responsible for leading the development and implementation of safety policies, ensuring compliance with NDIS regulations and health and safety legislation. You will foster a proactive safety culture and manage risk assessments, training programs, and incident investigations.

**Experience & Qualifications**

**Qualification**:

- Relevant qualification in Work Health and Safety (e.g., Certificate IV or Diploma in WHS).

**Experience**:

- Proven experience in safety management, preferably in the disability, community or health services sector.
- Strong understanding of WHS legislation and the risks specific to the disability services sector.
- Leadership experience in promoting a culture of safety and wellbeing across teams.

**Skills**:

- Excellent communication and training abilities.
- Strong problem-solving and risk management skills.
