**Employment Type**: Full-Time (38 hours per week, Monday to Friday)
**Salary**: Above Award Rate Pay - $80,000 to $100,000

We are a dynamic and expanding organization looking for an experienced Practice Manager to join our innovative team. This pivotal role is designed to support and uplift individuals facing mental health challenges that impact their everyday lives.
About the Role
The Practice Manager will play a crucial role in overseeing, establishing, and optimizing daily operations across our In-Home, Office, and Online services, ensuring efficiency and promoting growth. Reporting directly to the directors, this position is vital for maintaining smooth operations and delivering exceptional mental health services.
Tasks
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Overseeing daily operations, including client support, accounts, and HR functions.
- Developing and refining systems, procedures, and infrastructure to enhance performance.
- Ensuring a safe and healthy work environment by adhering to organizational compliance standards and procedures.
- Leading and managing the administration and client service area, including project management, scheduling, recruitment, and training.
- Collaborating with directors to forecast and manage operating expenses.
- Coordinating client scheduling in partnership with psychologists.
- Maintaining accurate client records in current CRM system.
- Managing confidential information and records in accordance to organizational, and external governing groups policies and protocols.
- Developing and sustaining relationships with partner providers and stakeholders.
- Ensuring compliance with legal requirements, including occupational health and safety, privacy, and equal opportunity regulations.
- Representing the Next Step Psychology & Counselling brand with professionalism.
**Requirements**:
About You
You are a client-focused, operationally-savvy professional with a strong business acumen. You have a proven track record in a similar role, such as Practice Manager, Health Operations, or NDIS Operations.

- Meticulous attention to detail.
- Excellent time management skills, with the ability to prioritize and adapt to changing priorities.
- Strong decision-making capabilities.
- Technological proficiency, including troubleshooting and exploring new software.

- Outstanding communication skills, both with team members and clients.

**Selection Criteria**:
- Proven experience in a similar role (Practice Manager, Health Operations, or NDIS Operations).
- Strong customer service background with a demonstrated customer-focused approach.
- Experience in operations and business management.
- Knowledge of project management principles and practices.
- Excellent IT skills.
- Demonstrated leadership and teamwork abilities.
- Ability to build and maintain customer and stakeholder relationships.
- Excellent communication and documentation skills.
