The scheduler will support our friendly and hard-working Fire Technical team, who are busy managing a mix of fire safely repair and maintenance works across Melbourne schools.

Overview of role
The role will provide administrative support to the team by scheduling works and maintaining compliance standards and documentation. The scope of duties will involve
- Scheduling Jobs
- Supporting weekly Toolbox meetings
- Coordinating technicians
- Reviewing paperwork
- Communicating with clients
- Data entry into uptick
- Attending client and subcontractor meetings
- Inventory ordering for jobs
- Monitoring of stock levels

About you
- Previous experience in a similar role, either supporting a construction or facilities management company, is highly desirable
- Good attention to detail
- Strong organisation skills
- The ability to prioritise tasks efficiently and effectively
- Excellent customer service skills
- Understanding of fire safely and compliance is highly advantageous
- Good understanding of Microsoft Office and ability to learn new systems.

**Requirements**:

- WWC check (or willing to obtain)
- Police Check (or willing to obtain)
- Full Australian Driver's Licence
