The purpose of the role

To support the Target Market Concrete, by providing professional, efficient and effective services to internal and external customers in all service aspects of the business while meeting or exceeding our customer service standards.

About the role:
The Service Technician role shall include, but not be limited to the following responsibilities:

- Support the Regional Sales Manager to develop and agree all maintenance, calibration servicing schedules and procedures within areas of responsibility.
- Maintain the equipment as per procedures, standards and specifications & ensure mínimal breakdowns, malfunctions, and disruptions to our client's customers businesses.
- Install equipment at customers sites in accordance with established standards, specifications and within agreed timeframes
- Attend equipment breakdowns at customer sites promptly & within contractual timeframes.
- Carry out calibration of the equipment to Australian Standards within the

specified time frame and in full compliance with the calibration procedures and

schedules.
- Ensure full compliance with all procedures relating to the purchase of goods.
- Liaise with the appropriate Technical Sales Representative regarding equipment and product requirements for customers sites.
- To liaise with other service technicians to ascertain who is best placed to attend

**Salary**: From $80,000.00 per hour

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Day shift

Supplemental pay types:

- Bonus

**Experience**:

- Service technician: 4 years (preferred)

Licence/Certification:

- Full Driver Licence (preferred)

Work Authorisation:

- Australia (required)

Work Location: In person
