About the role
Join the dynamic team at Collins Adelaide as an Administration Allrounder. This full-time role is based in Derrimut, VIC 3026 and will see you providing vital administrative support across the business. As a key member of the team, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth running of day-to-day operations.
What you'll be doing
- Providing a broad range of administrative support such as scheduling, data entry, filing, and document preparation
- Serving as the first point of contact for incoming phone calls and visitors
- Maintaining electronic and physical filing systems to ensure information is readily accessible
- Supporting the wider administrative team as needed
What we're looking for
- Previous experience in an administrative or office support role, preferably within a fast-paced environment
- Strong organisational and time management skills with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a professional and friendly demeanour
- Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office suite, including Word, Excel, and Outlook
- Adaptable and flexible, with a willingness to take on a variety of tasks
- Keen eye for detail and the ability to work accurately under pressure
