**Lindsay Transport currently has an opening for a new Administration Manager for our Melbourne depot based in Derrimut.**

**The Role**:
Our Melbourne depot currently has an opening for a new Administration Manager.
You will be responsible for the efficient and cost-effective management of the administration function as well as a team of administrators.

**Your main responsibilities will include**:

- Supervision and co-ordination of administration team
- Ensuring sufficient resources are available to perform all work functions required.
- Supervision of manifesting and pricing functions to ensure all relevant data is captured and appropriate charges are raised.
- Manage debriefing process.
- Manage cash sales account, petty cash and banking.
- Monitor pallets and ensure all transactions are processed in a timely manner.
- Provide training and instruction for team on company processes and systems of work.
- Provide clear performance expectations to direct reports and manage appropriately.
- Lead staff hands on and by example.
- Work alongside Depot Manager's to maximise the depots efficiency.
