**About the role**:
The engine room of our business, our Central Operations team keeps us moving and delivering our services to all Australians. We empower and support our retail teams across the country, helping them deliver great experiences for our customers every single day.

Our Workforce Planning Team play a crucial role in ensuring that our stores remain well-resourced daily. We are looking for an experienced Operations Rostering Lead to join the team

You’ll support the execution and delivery of rem and rostering best practice, maximising the effectiveness of an Operations remuneration budget to deliver the best customer experience and drive sales.

**You will**:

- Ensure all above store functions are provided with a high level of support for any rem related queries
- Make life easier for stores, providing fit for purpose tools and systems, streamlining scheduling processes, and supporting excellent execution of the EA
- Manage the upkeep of all BAU documentation
- Be working collaboratively with the Rem and Workforce Planning team to deliver collective goals and strategic objectives

**You'll need**:

- Extensive experience working in a retail support environment with a clear understanding of operational processes
- The ability to develop strong relationships with stakeholders, becoming respected as a trusted advisor
- A demonstrated ability to act effectively in a cross functional team - having impact and the ability to influence others to achieve business goals
- A passion for analysing and interpreting data, problem solving and identifying root cause opportunities
- Comfort presenting material to key stakeholders, influencing their decision making where required
- Leadership qualities when coaching or sharing knowledge with key stakeholders on continuous improvement initiatives
- Strong PowerPoint and Excel skills
