**About the team**:
Central Operations keeps our business moving. Our team cares for, supports, and empowers our retail teams across the country. We help them be at their best, so they can deliver the best experiences for our customers every day.
We are looking for an experienced Operations Manager (Major Accounts) to join the team

**About the role**:
Take ownership of the performance for our Coles Collect customers and manage the DIFOT KPIs across our National network.

You will also:

- Undertake regular analysis of cost and revenue to identify opportunities and initiatives
- Build relationships at both a supplier & category level
- Oversee major new business implementations
- Lead a growing team and empower direct reports to achieve objectives and hold them accountable

**About you and your skills**:

- 5+ years’ experience in the transport/logistics industry
- Ability to influence and great value for the BU partners
- Advanced with MS office suites, in particular excel & VBA.
- Ability to work 4 days on/4 days off on a rotating roster
