The Technology Transformation vision and scope is to evolve organisational capabilities that enable and empower teams to continuously provide the highest value to customers at an ever-increasing pace.

**About the role**:
We are looking for an Agile Delivery Framework Lead to be a strategic partner within Technology Transformation for technology areas, to mentor and upskill the understanding necessary for the delivery framework need and value return.

Key activities include:_**
- Lead the creation of the framework and roadshow for co-authorship outside the tech transformation team.
- Work with the PVO team to ensure we are set up for success with the right governance, guardrails and tooling to support the framework
- Lead the pilot and the implementation backlog for the delivery framework adoption within technology
- Active coaching at planning cycle events to mature the usage and value outcomes of the framework

**About you and your skills**:

- Outstanding stakeholder management and business partnering
- Experience designing scalable blended learning solutions and implementing across multiple areas and via multiple channels, including self-service, instructor led training and team coaching.
- Extensive commercial experience in agile frameworks
- Ability to define a business problem, provide a business relevant learning solution and deliver agreed learning solutions.
- Excellent planning, influencing, organising, problem solving, research and analytical skills.
- Certificate IV in Training and Assessment, Coaching or equivalent
- Strong operational experience.
- Commercial acumen.
