**What You'll Do**:
This position is an individual contributor role reporting to Manager, Global xDR Performance Partners.

**Responsibility**
- Develop, deliver, and continuously improve training programs for Sales Development teams (SDRs, MDRs), focusing on product knowledge, sales strategies and skills, and effective use of sales tools
- Contribute to the development of the overall sales enablement strategy, identifying key areas for improvement and innovation
- Train and enable teams primarily in APJ, with flexibility to accommodate overlapping time zones for North America
- Provide guidance and mentorship to other enablement team members, sharing best practices and expertise
- Prototype and improve learning materials, presentations, and training modules to align with sales objectives and Docusign’s go-to-market strategy in the APJ region
- Lead the development of complex training content and programs, ensuring alignment with broader organizational goals
- Deliver and continue to enhance onboarding programs for Sales Development new hires, ensuring they are equipped with the knowledge, skills and tools needed to succeed
- Evaluate and improve the onboarding process to maximize its effectiveness and impact on new hire ramp-up time
- Conduct both virtual and in-person training sessions, adapting delivery style to suit different learning environments and languages
- Evaluate and assess instruction and impact, using performance data to inform decision-making and drive continuous improvement
- Analyze training effectiveness and provide recommendations for improvement to senior stakeholders
- Work closely with field leadership, product, enablement, recruiting, and marketing teams to ensure that training is aligned with the latest product updates and company goals
- Influence cross-functional teams to prioritize enablement initiatives and secure necessary resources
- Utilize a learning management system (LMS) / content management system (CMS) platform

**Job Designation**:
**Hybrid**:
Employee divides their time between in-office and remote work. Access to an office location is required. (Frequency: Minimum 2 days per week; may vary by team but will be weekly in-office expectation)

**What You Bring**:
**Basic**
- Bachelor’s or advanced degree in a business-related or technical-related field, or equivalent experience
- 8+ years of experience with Sales Enablement and/or Instructional Design in a technology-driven business environment
- Proven ability to lead projects and initiatives with significant impact

**Preferred**
- Well-versed in sales methodologies and strong understanding of Sales, Pre-Sales, Customer Success, and Partner processes
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Experience using LMS or CMS platforms and eLearning authoring tools
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Experience in analyzing and reporting on learning data via Google Sheets/Excel
- Experience in a sales role
- Proficient in commonly used sales tools
- Receptive to change, flexible and seek and adopt improved approaches and processes
- Results-oriented, and takes responsibility for actions and outcomes and meet commitments and strives for high performance
- Manage project timelines, deliverables, and communications to ensure successful learning outcomes
- Open to feedback and always seeks to learn
