**About the role**

The Sales Enablement Manager is responsible for increasing effectiveness of our sales team members through building capability, knowledge and confidence to successfully sell/ upsell / cross sell all of our products in the region, in the agreed (canibuild) way to meet and exceed targets.

This role will develop the sales enablement strategy for canbuild globally. The role will design and implement programs for providing integrated content, training and coaching services for the sales teams along the entire customer buying journey.

Delivering learning over multiple engaging channels, from onboarding to fulfilling the full client cycle, train the teams on best practice and ensure teams are exceeding goals.

**What does a Sales Enablement Manager do at canibuild?**
- Create, Design and Implement the “product knowledge learning program” from onboarding through the full lifecycle of a commercial team member.
- Ensure the program is delivered in engaging and effective ways.
- Create unique tests for our teams to demonstrate they understand the program, ensuring knowledge is building in team members and you can coach them through the lesson plan.
- You will work with sales leaders to continue to improve sales and account management effectiveness through enabling and driving systematic adoption of agreed behaviours, systems and processes.
- We want you to positively impact our awesome culture and maximise team performance through your experienced leadership and coaching.
- Ultimately we want to ensure that our internal commercial teams are equipped with the right knowledge and skills to be effective as quickly as possible upon joining.
- Manage Hubspot operations for the Sales team to ensure Hubspot practices and accountabilities are included in training programs.
- Continue to review and improve the sales enablement practices, methods and programs to align with the objectives of the Commercial strategy.
- Formulate sales targets and resulting sales compensation plans to ensure that the goals are inline with the high level company OKRs

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree
- 5+ years experience in a high-performance sales organisation in sales, enablement, or learning and development
- A strong understanding of the sales environment, including sales content, tools and training
- Experience with content management and learning management systems
- Able to build internal relationships with sales and marketing
- Excellent communication skills
- Fast learner
- Experience in using Hubspot
- Experience in working in a startup environment
- Be ‘data driven’ in determining or prioritising where the biggest impact can be made and continuously gather insights to refine your approach and methodologies used.
- Work closely with product management, sales teams, sales leaders, and other cross-functional experts to increase collaboration and effectively build awareness and support of sales enablement programs. Drive alignment across brands wherever practical.
- Bring thought leadership to enablement initiatives based on past experience to positively impact sales and enablement team results.
