We are looking for an independent, motivated, friendly person to join our Melbourne Team. You will be visiting existing Emma & Toms customers to create & deliver orders on set delivery schedules and expand your given sales area. Being organised and efficient is a must for this role

To be successful in this role you need to:

- have excellent time-management skills (Most of the day is spent independently on the road so this is a must)
- be self-motivated with a can-do attitude
- be able to make your own decisions & problem solve independently should you need to
- enjoy face to face customer interaction and having conversations with many different people throughout the day
- Have a clean driving record
- be able to navigate throughout Melbourne & have a general good sense of direction (Navigation system provided)
- Agree to 5:30am start time
- Communicate clearly with your team-members and manager
- Appreciate a job spending most of the day outside
- Seek a challenge and look for growth opportunities

Your responsibilities will include:

- Communicating with customers on a set schedule to receive orders
- Delivering Emma & Toms products to independent customers by driving a delivery van (Hyundai iLoad)
- Growing your area by increasing revenue in existing customers and bringing on new customers
- Cash Handling
- Stock Handling
- Reaching set KPI's

Previous sales or delivery driving history is preferred, but NOT REQUIRED.

A van and work phone will be provided.
