We’re seeking a IT Support Officer to join us on initial 6 month contracts, augmenting a client’s project in Richmond Sydney.

Your day at NTT
- Audit and validate printers with the vendor.
- Document the printing requirements for each printer (i.e. Genie, WebPAS, etc.) and Set up printers IP and printing requirements, Label and asset new ICT items.
- Manage/Document future call flow and submit the requirements with VoIP network engineer.
- Responsible for Patch ports and activate data points.
- Responsible to set up ICT equipment: PCs, phones, printers, wireless portables, etc. as required at relocation time, and decommission the equipment
- Handling Triage and resolve ICT related issues, escalate to ICT PM for resolution as needed.


What would make you a good fit for this role?
- Experience in Audit the printers.
- Hands on experience in ICT equipment.
- ITSO Background is a bonus.
- Strong Network experience.
- Strong Communication Skills
