Provested is an IT Service Provider for select Government clients. We are offering an exciting opportunity for any aspiring Desktop/Network IT Support officer within our Education Portfolio.

**The Company**:
Provested provides the highest standard in IT Support Services to government schools. Most schools use teachers to manage their technology. Provested's vision is to get teachers back to teaching, allowing them to be the best educators they can be.

**The Position**:

- You will be providing both onsite and offsite support to schools with a client

base made up of Principals, Teachers, and Administration staff
- This role will involve daily travel
- You MUST have a driver's license and full-time access to a reliable car
- You'll be experiencing different schools, different people, and different

challenges, week to week.

**Your tasks will include (but not limited to)**:

- Onsite Support: Performed on school premises, face to face
- Offsite Support: Performed remotely or online, via video (Zoom/FaceTime),
- Creating tutorial and how-to videos
- Maintaining equipment such as computers, laptops, printers, tablets,

interactive boards/TVs, projectors etc
- Ability to address and resolve arising issues in a timely manner
- Liaising with vendors/suppliers to report faults and organise repairs and

replacements
- Engaging with third party vendors to resolve technical problems
- Keeping track of equipment/asset management
- Performing hardware and software upgrades
- Creating and maintaining logs of ongoing and completed tasks

- Sound troubleshooting skills
- Ability to think logically and laterally in order to work through problems to determine the cause and resolution
- A genuine "can-do" attitude
- Take pride and responsibility in their own work
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to operate with mínimal supervision
- Understand networks (wired/wireless), routers, switches etc
- Comfortable with Microsoft Operating Systems including Windows 7/8/10
- Comfortable with Microsoft Office Suites including Office 2013+

**Essential Requirements**:

- You MUST have a driver's license and full-time access to a reliable car
- Fully vaccinated
- Only applicants with Australian Citizenship or Permanent Resident will be considered for this position
- Please note we are only seeking applicants with fluent English communication
- It is essential that you are a clear communicator with an excellent customer service approach
- A "Working With Children Check " screening will need to be conducted. There is

an $80.00 fee for a five year clearance associated with this check, but this is

only required for the successful applicant.

**Remuneration**:
∙> Negotiable based on level of experience
