Desktop Support Level 2

We are on the lookout for several Level 2 Desktop Support Specialists to join one of our largest infrastructure clients in Sydney. This role will be starting ASAP and requires consultants that can work **5 days per week in a Darlinghurst office.**
**Essential Skills**:
- Excellent communication and documentation skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office 364 suite
- Proficiency in Microsoft Intune and mobile device management (MDM)
- Strong understanding of cloud computing concepts
- Understanding of Azure Active Directory and its integration with Intune
- Experience in PowerShell scripting for automation and administration tasks
- Experience using Service Now ticketing system
- Excellent problem solving and analytical skills
- Demonstrated interpersonal skills and ability to build cooperative relationships
- Exceptional customer service skills
**Desirable Experience**:
- ITIL experience
- Process mapping experience
- Exposure to lean methodologies
- Design and implementation of technology systems
