**The Opportunity**:
We are working with a leading global real estate group, managing a high-quality Australian real estate portfolio valued at over $20 billion. Our client invests in Office, Retail, Industrial and Healthcare properties with a strong focus on development.

**The Role**:
Currently seeking an Assistant Property Manager to join the Asset management team and take responsibility for all financial and administration processes related to a portfolio of assets within the Commercial, Retail, Industrial and Healthcare sector.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Close liaison with the Portfolio and Property Managers, finance, and tenants to ensure quality delivery on a day-to-day basis.
- Maintain orderly lease admin & financial management procedures & property level reporting in accordance with relevant procedures.
- Collate monthly reporting and cash flow budgets covering all items income and expenditure including relevant variance analysis and re-forecasting conducted by management accountants.
- Detailed understanding of cashflow analysis, modelling tools and accounting principles accrual accounting.
- Ensure proper procedures for authorising payments, debt control, detailed reporting is followed.
- Implement and assist with rent reviews as directed.

**Key Attributes**:

- Bachelor’s degree in property economics, business management, commerce or similar.
- 1-2 years’ experience in property management, lease administration or accounts including budgeting and financial management (Commercial/Retail/Industrial sector preferred).
- Ability to understand leases, licences, and similar legal documents.
- Demonstrated experience liaising in a professional manner with external clients, the public, and at all levels of a business.
