Are you a driven and experienced Property Manager who thrives on delivering exceptional service and building strong relationships?

We're looking for a high-performing professional to join our motivated team and manage a dynamic portfolio across Southeast Queensland.

A Day in the Life at FAA

Start your day on the road, heading to open homes, entries, exits and routine inspections across the Brisbane, Gold Coast and Toowoomba regions. You'll oversee a diverse portfolio supported by the latest AI-driven technology—smart cameras, automated workflows and intelligent software that make your job easier.

You'll also enjoy minimal administration, with dedicated office staff managing communications with landlords, tenants and trades, ensuring every detail is handled with precision.

Full-Time Remuneration Package up to $121,600

(Part-time options available for the right candidate)

  • Base salary: $80,000
  • Motor Vehicle + fuel card (all expenses covered, with optional personal use - value $25,000+)
  • Bonus incentive structure (min. expected of $6,000 p.a.)
  • Superannuation (min. $9,600 p.a.)
  • Company-funded training and development

Key Responsibilities

  • Ensure compliance with legislation and internal policies
  • Conduct routine inspections, entry/exits reports and open homes
  • Manage tasks efficiently using PropertyMe
  • Contribute ideas and energy to improve processes
  • Build strong relationships with landlords, tenants and trades
  • Collaborate with other Property Managers and assist with portfolio administration
  • Attend our Sunshine Coast Office for the first three months, then at least once per fortnight
  • Secure property keys using an FAA-provided home office key cabinet

Skills / Attributes Required

  • Current Driver's License
  • Proven initiative, ownership and problem-solving ability
  • Positive "can do" attitude and self-starting work style
  • Strong organisation skills and attention to detail
  • Excellent communication and rapport-building abilities
  • Confident with computer systems; experience with PropertyMe is an advantage
  • Queensland Real Estate Licence (essential)
