**About The Role**:
The Certified Systems Specialist will be primarily responsible for the planning, development, integration, implementation, and maintenance of the company's certified management systems. This role will also play a critical role in helping all areas of the company achieve their strategic objectives in the Health, Safety, and Quality Management Systems space.
**Your Key Responsibilities**:

- Provide expert advice and support to the business on ISO management systems.
- Manage the external audit and certification program of the Integrated Management System (IMS), and maintain certifications via each surveillance audit.
- Lead the Internal Audit Program, including setting the schedule, conducting audits, and ensuring all issues are closed out in a timely manner.
- Facilitate communication with employees to ensure timely corrective and preventive actions are implemented.
- Co-lead the planning, implementation, and ongoing certification to ISO14298 Security Printing Management System.
- Maintain the currency of business procedures and processes to ensure efficient compliance with certification requirements.
- Map the business process structure to ISO standards and reflect changes as they are made.
- Manage the systems relating to compliance with a government regulatory agency, including quarterly reporting obligations.
- Adhere to the company's documented processes to maintain the Quality Management System.
- Monitor and promote information management compliance to maintain international standard certifications.
- Actively participate in Health, Safety, and Environmental initiatives and procedures.
- Report all hazards, incidents, and near misses immediately.
- Remain alert to any unusual employee behavior, risks, or occurrences with possible fraud/security implications and report any known or suspected instances immediately.
- Demonstrate a passion for continual improvement strategies and be experienced in addressing non-conformances and implementing corrective and preventive actions.
- Develop and deliver business improvement initiatives.

**Your Qualifications & Experience**:

- Tertiary qualification in a Quality, Environment, Health and Safety, or related field is essential.
- Qualification as a Management Systems internal or external auditor is desirable.
