Alexandria, Australia Krispy Kreme Full time

At Krispy Kreme, we don’t just make doughnuts - we create moments of joy. Since opening our first store in 2003, we have been spreading smiles across Australia and New Zealand with our handcrafted, melt-in-your-mouth treats.

We are looking for a passionate and detail-driven Quality Assurance Coordinator to help us maintain the magic behind the bite.

**Opportunities**

As a Quality Assurance Coordinator, you’ll play a vital role within our Quality and Food Safety Team to ensure Krispy Kreme’s continued compliance with high standards and regulatory requirements across Australia and New Zealand. You’ll work closely with Operations and cross-functional teams to coordinate audits, manage documentation, and champion a culture of quality excellence. In this exciting role you will be responsible for:

- Coordinating and manage the HACCP certification program, ensuring timely execution of audits and accurate record-keeping in alignment with regulatory requirements.
- Supporting implementation and maintenance of quality systems and documentation.
- Assisting with site verification activities and ensure testing records are organised and retained.
- Maintaining product information Guides (PIGs) for core and promotional products.
- Supporting allergen management, recall programs, and supplier audits
- Foster effective working relationships with key stakeholders across the business to support quality initiatives and cross-functional collaboration.
- Providing coaching and support to field operations teams on Quality Assurance practices.

We embrace individuality and foster a workplace where everyone feels seen, heard and valued. We train for skills, however there are just some things we need from you:

- Exceptional attention to detail and strong organisational capabilities, with a proactive and solutions-oriented mindset.
- Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively within cross-functional teams, while also managing tasks independently and efficiently.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present information clearly and confidently to diverse stakeholders.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and SharePoint.
- A strong commitment to quality and customer satisfaction, underpinned by a solid understanding of food safety and regulatory compliance standards.
- A passion for continuous improvement and a drive to contribute meaningfully to a high-performance team culture.

**Qualifications & Experience**
- Tertiary qualifications (or working towards) in Food Technology, Food Science, or related discipline.
- Additional training in HACCP, Internal Auditing, Allergen Management, or GFSI is highly regarded.
- Experience in bakery manufacturing or QSR environments is a plus.

**Why Join Us?**

If you're a strategic thinker with a passion for brand building and innovation, we’d love to hear from you.
