**The Role**
This position will be responsible for ensuring that Krispy Kreme is delivering a first-class experience by exceeding expected Food Safe and Quality standards and brand standards.
The Quality Assurance Advisor (QA) will play a key part in assisting the QHSE Manager in maintaining the highest possible Quality Management program. Overall responsibility of this production-based role is to manage total Quality Control activities & provide guidance to manufacturing, retail and all food customer touch points across Australian and New Zealand.
The role will work cross functionally across a broad range of both internal and external stakeholders. The predominate focus of this role will be the safety of our food and ultimately customers and brand. This will be achieved through the continuous development and implementation of iterative process, leading too and driving food safety awareness within related operations. These processes and practices will be in line with regulative and related authorities and agencies.
The role is also responsible for assisting Field based operations team in completing all verification activities related to HACCP, HACCP Prerequisite Programs, GMP and Customer standards.
The QA Advisor will work with the product development team to support and advise direction with new innovation to ensure that Krispy Kreme ANZ maintains its high-level Quality Standards.

- Training and coaching of operators and team leaders to drive the ownership and accountability by teams to ensure that all product and process control requirements comply to Krispy Kreme brand standards.
- Supporting Site Leader and Management team with Quality Leadership and guidance to ensure Quality fit for purpose products are manufactured, driving Quality culture on Site.
- HACCP and Quality audit programs are maintained with highest standards delivered.
- Krispy Kreme Food Safety programs within retail and manufacturing are updated and maintained to the highest standard, with a continual improvement mindset.
- There is an effective collaborative approach displayed at all touchpoints and internal interactions to the cross functional role of QA Advisor
- Frequent feedback and reports are provided to the QHSE Manager and other Senior Management team on standards identifying areas of improvement utilizing trend data.
- QA and Food Safety programs can be conducted in a timely manner across the entire business in response to organizational and individual needs.

**Education**- Tertiary qualifications in Food Technology, Food Science, or a related technical discipline
- Other training such as: Internal Auditing, Formal HACCP Training, Allergen Management & GFSI
**Experience**- Minimum of 1 - 3 years’ experience in a similar role
- Experience within bakery manufacturing company
- Over 2 years’ Experience and knowledge in Quality Systems, implementation of HACCP requirements
- Excellent knowledge in GMP- Best Practice
- Experience in auditing, Food Safety and QMS
