**About the role**

We are seeking a individual who is passionate about data, workforce strategy, and driving impactful decisions. Join our P&C Talent Function as our Analyst - Workforce Planning, and play a critical role in ensuring Origin is equipped with the talent needed to deliver on its bold ambitions. If you thrive on data-driven insights, strategic forecasting, and collaborative problem-solving, we want you on our team. Your responsibilities will include:

- Analyse workforce data and external talent trends to identify gaps, risks, and opportunities.
- Develop and maintain dashboards and reports to track key workforce metrics.
- Create and update workforce plans to forecast future talent needs and costs.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Finance, HR, and business leaders, to align workforce strategies with business objectives.
- Lead or contribute to workforce planning projects, ensuring timely execution.
- Present actionable insights to senior leaders to drive commercially sound decisions

**What will you bring?**

You’re naturally curious, proactive, and thrive in collaborative environments. You’ll bring:

- Minimum 3 years’ experience in workforce planning, HR, or data analysis.
- Tertiary qualifications in data analytics, economics, human resources, or related fields.
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in tools like Excel, PowerBI, or Tableau.
- Excellent communication skills to present insights and influence decision-making.
- Strategic thinking and a knack for deriving actionable insights from complex data.
- Project management expertise and the ability to adapt to changing priorities.
