As the Optimisation Manager, you will play a pivotal role in driving performance improvements and operational efficiency across our sales and retention contact centre.
With a strong focus on data-driven insights and continuous improvement, you will be responsible for analysing performance data, identifying opportunities for optimisation, and formulating robust strategies that lead to improved member experiences and operational efficiencies.
You will lead and manage optimisation projects from initiation to successful completion, ensuring projects are delivered within specified timelines and budget constraints. You will identify opportunities to enhance member experiences and efficiency throughout the sales and retention process, aligning your strategies with the overarching goal of delivering exceptional customer satisfaction.

This is an autonomous role which will see you taking ownership of projects, making decisions and driving actions. A strong background in sales and customer retention with a deep understanding of strategies and techniques to drive revenue growth and foster customer loyalty will see you succeed in this role.
Furthermore, we’re looking for:
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills to showcase key findings and provide actionable recommendations to senior management- Strong analytical skills, with the ability to derive actionable insights from complex data sets- Excellent project management and organisational skills- Proficiency in data analysis tools and software (e.g., Excel, Tableau, etc.)
