As the Experimentation Strategist, you are responsible for the planning, maintenance and execution of our experimentation program. Using a combination of qualitative & quantitative data, heuristics and behavioural science to identify opportunities and areas of friction, they will ensure the Growth & Performance team is working on the most valuable activities for our customers and the business. Work with cross-functional leaders to define a vision and strategy to make experimentation a powerful lever of growth for nib across multiple business streams.
The Experimentation strategist will be responsible for prioritising and managing the experimentation roadmap, defining hypotheses and success metrics and driving the communication of test results. You will be a primary point of contact for all aspects of testing and will work to educate and upskill teams across nib to self-serve and leverage experimentation to improve our digital experience.- Find insights that help us understand how decisions are being made, how they’re affecting nib’s customers, and drive initiatives to improve these at scale - especially in support of new digital and offline customer experiences- Lead the definition of success, metrics to measure it, and seasonal goals and priorities of the experimentation program- Provide thought leadership and champion experimentation and data-driven decision making- Contribute to building reusable knowledge, processes, and methodologies within the digital team to help drive the team’s efficiency, scope and growth

You have an analytical mindset to identify opportunities, evaluate results and recommend appropriate action based on quantitative and qualitative sources such as Google Analytics, session recordings and heatmaps.
We’re looking for:
- Experience leading qualitative and quantitative research to uncover opportunities to improve website user experience- A good understanding of statistics and how this is applied to your experiment analysis- Experience working with Optimizely and/or other Optimisation tools- Experience working with Analytics tools like Google Analytics & ContentSquare
