**Role Intro**:
The Process Optimisation Lead is responsible for the establishment and execution of Process Optimisation, including Business Process Management (BPM) practices, across the organisation including relevant frameworks, strategy and resources to drive strategic objectives.

**What are we looking for?**
- Demonstrated ability to build strong working relationships and influence outcomes at a Senior level to support an organisation wide culture of process optimisation and manager ownership.
- Proven ability as an effective leader to engage, build and motivate a team of high performers to deliver strong strategic outcomes.
- Experience in process optimisation at an Enterprise level, including process-improvement, product ownership and /or digitisation of processes.
- Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Experience with BPM toolsets (Promapp, Workflow orchestration tools, RPA tools) and Project Management tools (JIRA, Confluence).
- Demonstrated ability to deliver process-optimisation projects, ideally within the Financial Services industry.
- Change Manager and/or Lean Six Sigma qualifications or experience.
- Formal qualifications in Business, Commerce, IT or relevant discipline.

**What would be your key responsibilities?**
- Develop and implement the Process Optimisation function and strategy at an Enterprise-level in collaboration with Executive and Senior Management, to align with the strategic direction of the organisation.
- Establish and evolve the Process Optimisation function across the organisation, including strategy, resourcing, capability analysis and BPM planning to support prioritisation of activities in line with organisational strategic objectives.
- Lead and mentor a team of engaging and driven process optimisation experts.
- Drives process optimisation education and training throughout the organisation to ensure ownership across Business Units and support a self-sustaining process-optimisation culture throughout the organisation.
- Operates in alignment with the Portfolio Management function to support the Enterprise Backlog.
- Leads the documentation of business processes through the implementation and empowerment of users of Promapp to support a mature business process library including leverage of the platform to consolidate and/or rationalise processes to improve commercial outcomes including customer journey and employee experience.
- Supports change management of process optimisation in a transformation environment.
