**Clinical Team Leader - YPARC**

**Your new team**
- The Orygen Youth Prevention & Recovery Care (YPARC) is a pivotal 24 hour, 7 days residential sub-acute program supporting young people transition to the community from inpatient psychiatric care, or to intervene early and prevent further deterioration that may lead to inpatient psychiatric care.

**Your new role**:

- Provide advanced discipline-specific values and leadership within the multidisciplinary team
- Provide specialist mental health interventions and leadership relating to sub-acute
- Provide specialist interventions and leadership to a clinical team and influence service development
- Provide clinical leadership, management, training and supervision of a multidisciplinary team via training, secondary consultation, and other appropriate strategies

**About you**:

- Relevant registration and qualifications of a Social Worker, Occupational Therapist, Psychologist or Registered Psychiatric Nurse
- Substantive previous clinical experience in a mental health or acute hospital setting and/or related field and preferably with young people presenting with mental ill-health
- A proven ability to manage and lead a multidisciplinary team: manage staff resources and ensure high standards of practice through staff supervision, clinical review, training and professional development activities
- Experience in the assessment, diagnosis, and treatment of mental illness
