**About this opportunity**:
This is an exciting opportunity to join our Brisbane team based in Windsor. You will be ensuring that Service Projects (Up to $250k in value) are delivered to our customers to the highest level of Quality and Safety to meet and exceed expectations. You will liaise directly with the customers and contractors to ensure the desired solutions meet the technical specifications required for the project. You will be looked upon for your organizational skills, technical knowledge and ability to get on the tools as part of works when required.
**You will**:
- Plan, coordinate and prepare project deliverables required to initiate, develop, and execute assigned projects.
- Supply leadership to direct labour and contractors to complete the project on time and within budget.
- Utilise your trade background with work on the tools as required to complete installations.
- Ensure proper project focus and allocation of resources to achieve forecasts.
- Effectively manage projects to meet performance and project requirements.
- Ensure project financial status is regularly reviewed and updated.
- Supply project updates to senior management.
- Ensure a high quality of work and compliance to OHS&E standards.
- Preparation of QA documentation.
- Involved in Software testing, System Commissioning and Building Tuning as required.
- Effectively manage customer/contractor relationships
- Maintain company standards and KPIs (Key Performance Indicators) through your work by learning and creating
- Ability to identify opportunities, improvements and solutions that will enable you to plan and drive continuous initiatives for organizational improvement.
**What we are looking for**:
- A Trade Certificate in HVAC or Electrical will be required to enable on the tools work as required.
- Be able to adapt, develop through digital transformation.
- Competent computer skills in MS Word, Excel, Project, Visio. BIM and AutoCAD skills would be an advantage to the applicant.
- Exceptional time management and communication skills.
- Ability to work within a team environment.
- Drive to succeed.
- Keep up to date with the technical aspects of the job and be willing to undertake training from time to time as needed.
- Act as liaison between the customer and Johnson Controls by building a long-term working relationship.
