**The role**:

- Supervises the execution of the most basic projects.
- Serves as primary on-site project leader, following standardized project management procedures.
- Uses standard tracking tools to report project progress.
- Evaluates project costs and progress against budget and plan.

**Who we are looking for**:

- Current Senior First Aid.
- Previous experience in a similar role.
- High level ability to read and interpret drawings.
- Well-developed planning skills including industry knowledge regarding lead times for delivery and trade works.
- Strong leadership and management skills and the ability to motivate and develop teams and individuals.
