Our client is an established and reputable manufacturer & distributor of a niche industrial product range. Currently they are on the hunt for a Customer Service Coordinator to join their tight-knit operation.

For 70+ years, our client has continued to grow, develop and innovate through the decades. Their stability is evident, even through the years of Covid they have had some of their great success and continue to build on this.

Due to growth, they are looking for an eager junior project coordinator looking for their next challenging opportunity to join their growing team

Reporting into the Marketing Manager, the Project Coordinator will be responsible to manage and develop the Custom Order value stream.

Responsibilities include:

- Tailor customer costings and quotations for clients
- Support and develop suppliers for Custom Orders
- Provide technical solutions and support for all project enquiries
- Delivering a high and exceptional level of customer service to clients and responding promptly to their requests.
- General support Head of Marketing and Product Managers

About you:

- 1-2 years project coordination experience
- Strong verbal and written communication
- Ability to adapt and work in a fast-paced environment
- Confident communicating with internal and external stakeholders \
- Self-motivated attitude
- The ability to problem solve under pressure
