**Order Entry/Customer Service**

Apex Building Products are currently seeking a proactive and energetic person to join our team based in Dandenong South

**The Role**:
Reporting to the Office Manager, the position is full time. The company offers a 10-hour day x 4 days per week on a rotational basis, so flexibility is a must.

**Duties will include, but not limited to**:

- Processing customer orders, ensuring details are entered accurately into the system
- Liaising with customers, transport, and production to ensure orders are fulfilled in a timely manner
- Resolution of production and transport issues
- Previous order processing experience in the manufacturing industry
- Outstanding data entry skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written
- Excellent time management and organizational skills
- Sound problem solving skills
- Ability to learn and adapt to change
- Team player
