
Executive Services Officer, Strategy and Performance

About the Role
**As the Executive Services Officer you will**:
- Support the senior executive by coordinating high volumes of incoming and outgoing correspondence and responding to queries and requests for information;
- Maintain a high level of accuracy in all correspondence and administrative documents while using use appropriate software programs, including Content Manager and OneNote;
- Provide leadership to the senior executives in the implementation and improvement of systems and processes; and
- Coordinate travel arrangements, invoice payments, timesheet reconciliations.
About You
We are looking for an enthusiastic, proactive Executive Services Officer, with the following skills and attributes:
- Outstanding skills in communication, customer service and the ability to build and maintain professional relationships;
- High level skills in problem solving, prioritisation and managing competing demands in a timely manner;
- Excellent attention to detail and proficiency in CM, OneNote, Excel and Alloc8; and
- Flexibility and availability to meet the needs of the senior executive and the branch.
