**About Strategy and Performance Branch**:
Strategy and Performance is part of the Policy, Performance and Planning division and incorporates Performance Monitoring and Reporting (PMR) and Governance, Strategy and Planning (GSP). Strategy and Performance manages and coordinates corporate governance frameworks, the department's planning and performance functions, including strategic and operational plans, but excluding Developing Performance Planning, corporate reporting, including the annual report and risk management processes. Additionally the department's contribution to the state budget department papers and collection, maintenance, analysis and reporting of data and information about the department's performance.
**Your Role**:As the Executive Services Officer you will**:
- Maintain effective time management practices for senior management, including coordinating diary appointments, prioritising correspondence and responding to outstanding queries and requests for information
- Support the senior executive by coordinating high volumes of incoming and outgoing correspondence and responding to queries and requests for information;
- Maintain a high level of accuracy in all correspondence and administrative documents while using appropriate software programs, including Content Manager and One Note;
- Provide leadership to the senior executives in the implementation and improvement of systems and processes; and
- Coordinate travel arrangements, invoice payments, timesheet reconciliations.
**About You**:
We are looking for an enthusiastic, proactive Executive Services Officer, with the following skills and attributes:
- Outstanding skills in communication, customer service and the ability to build and maintain professional relationships
- High level skills in problem solving, prioritisation and managing competing demands in a timely manner
- Excellent attention to detail and proficiency in record management systems and advanced skills in Microsoft suite software
- Flexibility and availability to meet the needs of the senior executive and the branch
