Due to business growth, they are seeking a Quality Assurance Specialist to join their team. Here, you will have the opportunity to work with a diverse portfolio of products and contribute to maintaining high standards of quality within pharmaceuticals and other specialised products.

Reporting to the Associate Quality Director, your key responsibilities will include:

- Maintain and administer the Documentation Management System for the Affiliate and JAPAC region.
- Manage the Quality eLearning Management System as the System Administrator.
- Develop and oversee training curriculums within eLMS, collaborating with cross-functional leaders for regular reviews.
- Integrate local and global quality regulations across drugs, biologics, devices and combination products.
- Design and implement effective quality systems, procedures, and processes to ensure compliance and efficiency, collaborating with cross-functional teams.
- Bachelor’s degree preferred in Chemistry, Pharmacy, Biology, Microbiology, Engineering, or related technical/scientific field.
- 2+ years of pharmaceutical industry experience.
- Proficient in Microsoft Word.
- Comprehensive knowledge of local GxP requirements.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Effective time management abilities.
