**Permanent Position | QA/QC Associate | Rydalmere**

Talent Focus is actively seeking a dedicated QA/QC Associate to join our Quality Assurance and Quality Control Team. This role is crucial in supporting a wide range of tasks including GMP, HACCP, Regulatory Affairs, New Product Development, Formulation, and Technical QA/QC processes.

**Duties and Responsibilities **(Not limited to)
- Conduct sampling, inspection, and approval of incoming goods including raw materials, packaging, and bulks.
- Raw material handling (liquids and powders),
- Perform In-Process Quality Control (IPQC) inspections during manufacturing.
- Monitor temperatures and analyse data, implementing corrective actions as necessary.
- Conduct in-process testing during bulk manufacturing and packaging stages.
- Complete monthly scheduled tasks such as pest control and equipment calibration.
- Investigate and report deviations from standard procedures.
- Coordinate with external laboratories for sample testing.
- Conduct physical testing of raw materials and finished products in-house.
- Verify compliance of packing batch documents.
- Review batch documents and approve the packing of manufactured products, as well as assist in the release of finished products for supply.
- Update Master batch documents as required.
- Prepare specifications for raw materials.
- Qualify and approve suppliers.
- Update and amend Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), forms, etc.
- Manage the process of returned goods.
- Verify artwork for labels and cartons.

Perform any additional duties assigned by the QA Manager or Senior management.

**About You**
- Australian Citizen or Permanent Resident,
- Manufacturing and Operation environment experience preferred,
- Relevant Qualifications related to Biomedical/Pharmaceutical/Biotechnology/Chem,
- Raw Material handling knowledge and/or experience,
