We are on the lookout for a dedicated and proactive Quality Assurance Associate to administer and drive our Quality Assurance processes. You will represent a leading brand and provide day to day administrative support to the QARA department, administer SharePoint based QMS in Australia and New Zealand and coordinate Quarterly Management Review Meetings (MRM) among other tasks. This is a real opportunity to leverage your QARA acumen, take on a diverse and varied array of responsibilities and receive coaching and development from highly skilled and experienced mentors.

We are looking for a passionate QA professional to join us. You have a natural eye for detail, a high standard for written and verbal communication and are eager to learn, make improvements and build great processes. You are a strong team player with a passion for educating and supporting new and existing customers as well as an independent self-starter. You will have tertiary qualifications in a science, engineering or related discipline. It will be essential that you have a familiarity with the medical device, pharmaceutical or a related industry as well as experience with ISO 9001 QMS. You have impeccable organisation, time management and customer service skills with enthusiasm for great results.
