**Make a difference as a Quality, Governance & Assurance Specialist**

**Your Role**
As the Quality, Governance & Assurance Specialist, you’ll monitor and enhance our operational compliance and efficiency. By leveraging your analytical skills and innovative problem-solving, you’ll develop insights and strategies for the leadership teams to ensure compliance, and a competitive edge is maintained. Your communication with cross-functional teams and commitment to continuous improvement will keep the business agile and responsive to industry trends.

**This is a permanent position with flexibility to be based anywhere in Australia.**

**About You**
- Demonstrated experience in an analytical role or team, with relevant claims and insurance experience
- Advanced Data Analytics skills
- Proficient in coding and visualisation tools (Python, SQL, Tableau, Power BI) and Excel (nested functions, pivot tables).
- Ability to create and maintain effective relationships with stakeholders, enhancing collaboration and understanding.
- Advanced ability to evaluate and identify performance drivers, leading to improved commercial outcomes.
- Understanding of regulatory and reporting requirements relevant to the industry.
