- Permanent- Siemens is a global powerhouse in technology and electrical engineering, operating in the fields of industry, energy and healthcare as well as providing infrastructure solutions, primarily for cities and metropolitan areasDue to an internal promotion, we currently have an exciting opportunity for a strong Customer Service and Administration Superstar.The purpose of this role is support both the customers and our Smart Infrastructure team, managing customer orders from the processing to the delivery of goods. Reporting to the Customer Services Support Supervisor, this role is dynamic and challenging, and would be suited to someone passionate about customer service and delivering results to a high standard.**Your key responsibilities will include, but will not be limited to**:

- Processing customer orders into the ERP system in an efficient and timely manner to fulfill the customer order at the requested date in line with company guidelines.
- Ensuring accurate materials, stock and freight has been assigned
- Ensuring order confirmations have been sent to the customer
- Raising purchase requisitions to the factory and generating delivery dockets
- Ensuring appropriate and timely response to customer requests, queries and issues at all times
- Monitoring back orders, check order delivery dates and send confirmation to customers
- Monthly invoicing
- Effectively liaising with external and internal stakeholders, including customers, team leads, sales team and product team
- Reviewing and tracking backorders, inventory on hand and delivery schedules
- Liaising with all stakeholders to provide up to date Delivery status including coordinating with logistics and warehouse
- Getting involved in process improvement initiatives including data gathering, testing and validating
