**About Us**

Instant Waste Management is the largest privately owned waste management company operating in Western Australia.

With our head office in Bayswater and depots in Pinjarra, Bunbury and Karratha, our 150 staff service approximately 1,000 clients per day.

We are looking for a full time Accounts Receivable Officer to join our team.

**The Role**

Reporting to the Manager - Credit Control you will be responsible for:

- Managing a ledger of commercial accounts;
- Provide customer service to all clients;
- Timely collection of outstanding debt;
- Investigate and resolve queries relating to non-payment of invoices;
- Process and allocate payments;
- Daily customer contact

**About You**

To undertake this role, we believe the applicant will have the following skills:

- 2+ years’ experience in collections or credit control;
- Ability to multi-task and handle confidential information;
- Ability to work independently and under pressure;
- Demonstrate initiative and take responsibility;
- Good written and verbal skills, with Intermediate Excel knowledge
