What we are looking for
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- Proven experience (3+ years) as a Marketing Manager or a similar role in a fast-paced environment.
- Extensive knowledge of both digital and traditional marketing strategies and tactics.
- Big business principals mindset based on experience to easily identify areas for improvement and growth.
- Hands-on experience with data analysis, marketing automation tools, and CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, Pardot).
- Strong analytical skills and a data-driven mindset, with a track record of making strategic decisions based on data insights.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, both internal and external to the business.
- Excellent ability to work in a remote office environment, with high levels of accountability, strong work ethic and a proactive approach to work.
- Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities to develop innovative marketing campaigns.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
- Passion for staying up to date with the latest marketing trends and emerging technologies.
- Creative design flair to be able to critically analyse digital media & liaise with an external graphic designer to ensure eye catching and high-quality graphics are developed.
