**Position Overview**:
As the Social Media Manager at Elite Marketing, you will be the driving force behind our clients' social media success. You'll collaborate with restaurant and cafe owners to understand their unique brand stories and translate them into compelling social media strategies. Your role will involve creating, curating, scheduling, and optimizing content, as well as fostering meaningful interactions with their online communities.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Writing copy for posts and ad campaigns.
- Scheduling and posting of relevant content through digital channels, creating an elevated brand identity and greater brand awareness with target audience.
- Create opportunities for brand advocacy through a strong user generated content and sharing strategy.
- Manage the profiles and reputations of client brands across all social and digital platforms.
- Create and produce relevant content for use across all communication channels.
- Supervise and guide the onboard content creator, setting clear content goals.
- Explore, test, and learn about new content formats on an ongoing basis.

**Skills needed**:

- Highly creative with a high attention to detail.
- An interest or passion in trend, food, & experience.
- Experience managing social media accounts.
- Some exposure to digital / online paid advertising.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Self-motivated and able to work to and meet deadlines with strong organisational skills.

**Location**: Remote work with a potential option to transition to a physical office environment in the coming year.

**Salary**: $54,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
