We’re looking for a driven and customer-focused **Sales Representative** to join our team in Dandenong South

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Handle and respond to all customer enquiries across different platforms.
- Manage order processing, order dispatch and book deliveries.
- Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction throughout the sales process
- Support our online visibility and digital presence using your **Google SEO knowledge**

**What We’re Looking For**:

- Strong understanding and practical experience with **Google SEO** (a must)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Previous experience in sales or customer service highly desirable.
- Ability to work in a team environment
- A strong sense of responsibility and open-mindedness to new information and knowledge
- Exposure to MYOB would be considered a plus.

- Sales or marketing experience require

Expected Start Date: Immediate

Pay: $28.00 - $35.00 per hour

Expected hours: 37.5 per week
