About the role
The objective of this position is to provide an exceptional customer experience to maximise sales and retention opportunities by identifying customer needs, cross selling, negotiating, managing objections, and increasing conversion rates. This is across both our business to business (B2B) and business to consumer (B2C) offering.
You will be required to utilise your professional customer engagement and excellent customer service skills daily. Other key elements of the role include:
- Driving conversion rates to meet monthly targets
- Providing exceptional customer service in the management of new and existing lead opportunities
- Preparing and issuing accurate and timely quotes to clients
- Effectively identifying needs and cross sell Opteon services
- Developing and maintaining product knowledge concerning all Opteon products
About you
This is a terrific role for you if you have a proven track record in sales or customer retention coupled with a strong customer focus. You will have experience converting warm leads to sales both over the phone and in writing. You will also have:
- Excellent influencing and negotiation skills
- A proactive approach to convert new business opportunities
- The ability to meet KPIs and targets
- Excellent organisational skills with an ability to prioritise
- A professional telephone manner
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- The ability and willingness to take inbound and make outbound calls
