As the Call Centre Consultant, you will provide accurate, comprehensive and professional customer focused services that assist the delivery of high-quality member and employer services through inbound enquiries, administration, processing and communications to members and employers.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Ensure that the provision of all employer and member services is compliant from both a legislative perspective and also in accordance with internal policies and procedures in particular to avoid member/employer breaches and complaints.
- Contribute towards a positive customer experience by providing information and support to staff, members and employers that is accurate, reliable, efficient, easy to understand and in accordance with service standards.
- Initiates outbound calls as part of campaigns to targeted lists of members to cross-sell products, assure renewals and build customer relationships
- Interact with various department and provide input that can be used to create growth opportunities, improve products and service and assist employers in streamlining their operations in relation to their superannuation obligations (e.g. Online Q).
- Ensure that accurate and timely recording of all member and employer activity occurs within the customer relationship management system.
**Skills that make you stand out**:
- PC literacy - intermediate Word & Excel skills
- Demonstrated experience working in the financial service or super industries with responsibilities in customer service and Administration
- Strong technical skills (pension & superannuation and demonstrate willingness to pursue ongoing education and training
- Passion to deliver exceptional service
- People person
