Each year, we provide one in every three pathology services in Australia, extending from exclusively servicing some of Australia’s largest and most complex private and public hospitals to small and remote Australian Aboriginal communities.**About the role**
- We are seeking an individual who is highly motivated to become part of a passionate and engaged team. Your key responsibilities will include, but not be limited to, the following:
- Answering in-bound telephone calls and transferring of calls across the business
- Ability to make outbound telephone calls
- Communicate test results to our Doctor’s, Medical Support Staff and Warfarin Patients
- Previous experience an advantage however not essential

**About you**
- To be considered for this position, you will need to have a great blend of skills, including:
- Excellent telephone Manner
- Ability to manage incoming calls in a professional and friendly manner
- Strong Customer Service and communication skills
- Experience within a similar role essential
- Previous experience and knowledge of medical terminology an advantage
- Clear, concise, and confident verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent attention to detail
- Good computer skills
- Ability to work as part of a team
