
Customer Service Professional

**Responsibilities**
- Listen and understand customer inquiries and concerns, and provide timely and effective solutions
- Work collaboratively with other departments to resolve customer issues
- Continuously seek to improve customer satisfaction through proactive communication and problem-solving
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and resolutions
- Respond to all questions and queries in line with policy and procedures
- Update internal database with correct and accurate information
- Updating client management systems and general administration and data entry
**Requirements**:
- Exceptional communication skills and a friendly, professional demeanor
- Experience in a experience in Customer Service and Administrative role of a similar nature help desk environment and dealing with complex problems
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Outlook, Word)
- Competency with computers and Windows OS
- Ability to multitask and prioritise tasks effectively and learn new skills
- Strong organisational skills and ability to work under pressure
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
To be successful, you will be customer focused, have an engaging communication style, ability to work with confidential information and provide information in a supportive and empathetic manner. You will be adaptable, flexible, take pride in your work and can work in a face paced environment.
A current National Police Clearance would be an advantage.
