The **Customer Service Coordinator** will be responsible for the facilitation and delivery of services to our customers. You will work closely with the Senior Customer Service Coordinator assisting in the provision of consumer directed care for prospective and existing customers to ensure they receive a high quality individualised service that meets their needs.

**Key responsibilities include**:

- Manage and coordinate a portfolio of customers ensuring high quality service delivery is provided
- Review customer assessments to ensure that appropriate domestic, social support and personal support services are matched
- Develop proactive communication with current and prospective customers and families in terms of achieving and increasing commitments, including tailoring packages when needed
- Respond to customer complaints with a solutions focused approach
- Promote the principles of consumer directed care and have a strong understanding of the Federal Government’s reform agenda

**About you**:

- Demonstrated experience in the coordination of aged care packages
- Strong networking abilities and ability to be actively involved in community and professional settings
- Advanced knowledge of Aged Care Standards
- Strong understanding of My Aged Care Portal
- Excellent communication skills with a focus on high quality customer service
- Understanding of funding requirements to ensure compliance is met
