Reporting to the Manager of Professional Services locally. This role will see you work within a fun and energetic environment, supporting the coordination requirements of our Professional Service environment locally, on a 30 hour/ per week basis.
We are seeking someone with the experience, skills and abilities in the following.
- Administration experience, or Sales Support/ Project coordination
- Intermediate to advanced skills in Microsoft Office suite
- Creation of reports and other documentation as needed
- Well organised, good attention to detail,
- Ability to use your own initiative to jump in and assist when required
- Good understanding of employee lifecycle of a contractor,
- Ensuring all on-boarding and off-boarding, time-sheet management and management of internal processes are completed in a timely manner

This role will suit someone who is self-motivated, a great communicator with sound interpersonal skills.
