**What We’re Looking For**:
**Experience in support coordination, case management, or disability services.**

**An existing participant caseload.**

**Strong knowledge of the NDIS framework.**

**Excellent communication and organisational skills.**

**Ability to work independently while contributing to a team.**

**Relevant qualifications (Social Work, Psychology, Disability, Community Services, etc.) preferred.**

**About the Role**

As an **NDIS Support Coordinator**, you will play a crucial role in helping participants navigate their plans, connect with services, and achieve their goals.

**We are specifically looking for Independent Support Coordinators with an existing caseload** who want to transition into a secure, team-based role without the stress of running their own business.

**Key Responsibilities**:
️ **Support participants** in understanding and implementing their NDIS plans.

️ **Monitor progress**, ensuring supports align with participant goals.

️ **Maintain compliance** with NDIS guidelines while focusing on quality outcomes.

️ **Work collaboratively** with a multidisciplinary team to deliver holistic, person-centred support.
