As part of Empire groups continuing growth, we are seeking to employ a Legal Recruitment Consultant to work on establishing and maintaining relationships with legal firms across Melbourne in our support sector. This is a hot desk, and you will inherit a long list of wonderful clients who are waiting for your help.
**You will be involved in**:
- Identifying maintaining and developing client/business relationships
- Taking job briefs from clients
- Scheduling interviews and managing the process
- Advertising job vacancies on online job boards, i.e., LinkedIn, SEEK
- Must be commercially minded, friendly, confident and a team player
- A proven track record in recruitment (agency or in-house) would be advantageous
- Have a professional presentation, excellent organisational skills and a thirst to learn
- Proficient with Microsoft Office suite
- Be a bubbly personality, able to work as part of a greater team.
