**The Role**
An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Insurance PA to join this renowned team on a full-time basis in Melbourne. This role will likely support up to 3 fee earners specialising in Financial Lines/Professional Indemnity. Duties of this role will include:

- file management - opening/closing files and filing/e-filing;
- monthly billing and reporting;
- adhering to client service standards;
- drafting correspondence;
- client liaison;
- brief preparation;
- diary and travel management including booking appointments; and
- general PA and secretarial support.
- previous experience in defendant insurance litigation;
- experience using precedent, billing and file management programs;
- enthusiastic and proactive approach to work;
- strong communication skills; and
- ability to build strong internal relationships.
