Some of the duties of the role will be, but are not limited to:

- Provide talent search from various platforms, such as Seek Advertising, Seek Talent Search and LinkedIn etc
- Write, place and update adverts in line with company procedures
- Assist in the recruitment and selection process and work with the Major Accounts Team to submit applicants to open roles
- Talent Pool for a variety of Job vacancies for a variety of ongoing roles
- Build excellent relationships with all clients
- Conduct Work Health and Safety Site Visits
- Managing weekly payroll

Whilst IPA are not KPI and target driven, you are measured on outcomes and therefore this role really requires someone that is motivated, is a self-starter, has a real can-do attitude, is passionate, and wants to work within a fun and supportive team environment. You will be asked to demonstrate your resilience, motivation and commitment and be able to work towards tight deadlines and have a sense of urgency about you.

To be successful in this role, you will ideally have some exposure working in the Recruitment Industry either as a Recruitment Consultant or a Resourcer or be tertiary qualified in Human Resources and would like to gain experience working in the Recruitment Industry. You will have excellent communication and exceptional interpersonal skills with strong time management skills and be able to work under pressure and be able to prioritise you work. Strong computer skills is important, with strong attention to detail. If you have knowledge of working with Fasttrack 360 this would be an advantage but not essential - full training will be provided.
